Digital total body imaging

Most melanomas (black skin cancer) develop independently and not on existing moles. It is therefore important for high-risk individuals to check whether any new pigmented lesions appear. To better and more quickly identify new pigmented lesions we take high resolution digital overview images of the entire skin. At follow-up studies the basic documentation serves as a basis for determining whether new changes have developed.
