Benign Tumours

Benign tumours of the skin may be aesthetically or mechanically troublesome.

Benign skin tumours can be pedunculated growths, so-called skin tags on the eyelids, neck and armpits, seborrheic keratoses on the face and body, protruding moles or fatty deposits in the eyelids.

For skin tumours, it is particularly important that the therapy is preceded by dermatological, medical diagnosis. Especially in relation to moles, there is often a completely false idea of the medically reasonable therapeutic options.

Following dermatological diagnosis of skin tumours, we propose solutions, depending on medical facts and tailored to your specific needs.

If removal is deemed appropriate, often a laser-treatment is suggested (Erbium YAG Laser). With this laser, precise vaporization of the tissue is achieved which spares the surrounding tissue. Therefore, the healing time, during which a band aid must often be worn, is relatively short.
