Frontdesk - customer care

You will first deal with our office. At our front desk and on our phone you are welcomed by Mrs Bettina Staeubli who speaks German, English  and French and by Mr René Bommeli who speaks German and English.

Our front desk-team competently advises you on the phone and fixes appointments, takes care of you during waiting times and provides written information on our treatments.

In addition, Mrs Staeubli  and Mr Bommeli are responsible for the entire administration at our office.
